1. Make a report:
   1. Department of Child Services: 800-800-5556
   2. Adult Protective Services: 800-992-6978
   3. Local Law Enforcement
2. Contact Melanie Stone, Victim Assistance Coordinator of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana by calling 765-464-4988 or through email at [email protected].
3. Thereafter, an investigation will be undertaken by or on behalf of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana.

If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual abuse of a minor in the past or present day by someone working in a parish or school for the Roman Catholic Church in the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana (such as religious sister or brother, lay employee, lay volunteer, etc.) you are requested to report the incident in the following manner:
