FISH hours are tracked through Mobile Serve

- Why am I not seeing the claim account email?
- There is one user account per family for collecting FISH hours and is typically listed under the wife’s email. Both parents will log under one user account email. After you have claimed your account, you can change the primary email if necessary.
- Please check all email folders, especially Spam and Promotions. Contact Emily Vizard [email protected] to have that email resent
- What if I don’t have a supervisor to list?
- Please skip the section for supervisor name/email if not applicable
- Where will my child track their school volunteer hours (5-8 grade)?
- Your child(ren) will each have their own login to Mobile Serve to log their school hours which goes to their teacher and is separate from FISH hours logged by parents.
- Is there an app?
- Yes - under the title Mobile Serve
- Why am I not seeing the claim account email?
